Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a field‑level technical resource to lead customer presentations and execute field engineering tasks during radio system upgrades. You will upgrade/deploy network gear, Windows devices, virtual machines and Motorola devices on customer sites primarily across the south central US, with 50–60% travel.

The role requires strong IP networking knowledge, relevant certifications, and direct experience with end-user customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or related field.
• Strong IP networking knowledge and design/troubleshooting.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer presentations during a radio system upgrade cycle.
• Perform field engineering duties and deploy/upgrade devices (network gear, Windows-based devices, VMs, Motorola devices).
• Travel to customer locations in the south central US (50–60% of the time).
