Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a field engineer to work on mission critical radio and data systems across the south central US. You will lead customer presentations, stage systems, document configurations, and perform live upgrades while maintaining system integrity and design standards.

This role requires frequent travel and strong customer-facing technical expertise. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, IP networking knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or Networking.
• US citizenship or permanent residency with ability to obtain background clearance for government customers.
• 50–60% travel requirement for upgrade projects.
• Experience working with end-user customers.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to present to nontechnical audiences.
