Honor is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Growth & Operations to lead a Home Instead market. You will own its P&L, growth strategy, daily performance, and local team—driving referrals, new business, and high-quality care delivery.

You will operate hands-on in the field, developing partnerships, and building a high-performing team while delivering measurable client engagement and retention results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling operations with frontline teams or service delivery
• Experience succeeding in ambiguous, early-stage environments that require experimentation and building without a playbook
• Proven ability to manage people to measurable business results
• Willingness to spend four to five days per week in the field

Responsibilities

• Own the territory P&L, priorities, and business performance
• Personally drive local business development: build healthcare and community partnerships, generate referrals, and own the sales cycle from lead generation through conversion
• Lead day-to-day operations across client service, scheduling, and care delivery with a focus on client experience and execution quality
• Manage and develop the local team, set a high bar for ownership, performance, and accountability
• Use data and market knowledge to diagnose problems, prioritize actions, and improve results
• Build operating rhythms, reporting, and playbooks that make strong performance repeatable
