Job summary

Honor Technology, the leader in aging care innovation, is recruiting a Senior Manager, Market Growth & Operations in Culver City. You will own a Home Instead market, drive growth, partnerships, and a high-performing frontline team focused on client experience and outcomes.

You will build referral pipelines, manage the local operation, and execute a scalable playbook using data and market insights. This hands-on role offers hybrid work and significant leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling operations with frontline teams or service delivery.
• Experience succeeding in ambiguous, early-stage environments where growth requires experimentation and persistence.
• Proven ability to manage people to measurable business results.
• Willingness to spend four to five days per week in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory P&L, priorities, and business performance.
• Drive local business development: partnerships, referrals, and sales cycle ownership.
• Lead day-to-day operations across client service, scheduling, and care delivery; focus on client experience and execution quality.
• Develop and coach the local team; maintain high ownership and accountability.
• Use data and market knowledge to diagnose problems, prioritize actions, and improve results.
