Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Field Growth & Customer Experience Marketing Specialist in the Wake Forest, NC area to execute brand and product marketing initiatives across Office Coffee Services, Vending, and Micromarket accounts. You will collaborate with field operations to ensure programs meet Aramark standards and drive profitable growth in the Refreshments segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years client marketing experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in a matrixed organization and cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize inputs into concise recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30%.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field execution of programming in Office Coffee Services, Vending, Amenity Snack & Go, and Micromarket accounts to ensure proper planograms.
• Implement national marketing initiatives while developing local promotional calendars.
• Deploy new product innovation opportunities with field teams at client sites.
• Oversee internal national and local sales generating initiatives.
• Develop social content to promote regional activities and employee spotlights.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate local marketing strategy.
• Present marketing initiatives in client meetings and report on prior initiatives.
• Partner with District Manager to ensure sales profitability and analyze market trends.
