Job summary

In this in-person role, you will balance hands-on operations with strategic business development, driving revenue, profitability, and safety while expanding services with Aramark partners and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Technical Services, or a related field preferred.
• Experience leading field service, equipment repair, or technical services with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service, equipment refurbishment, dispatch, and contact center operations.
• Maintain staffing, fleet, inventory, and service quality to meet growth targets.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and performance improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Drive customer relationships, revenue growth, and profitability while ensuring safety and compliance.
