Job summary

The City of Hermitage is seeking a GIS & Utilities Technician to support the GIS program mapping by collecting and verifying data with GPS equipment. This role involves field locating and identifying city infrastructure and participating in major construction project processes, while coordinating with the PA One Call system.

Qualifications include an associate degree and at least two years of GIS experience, plus ESRI ArcGIS proficiency and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience utilizing GIS.
• Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software.
• GPS data collection standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify data for GIS mapping using GPS equipment.
