• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Supervise on-site POL/fuel distribution operations at WSMR Main Post and remote points.
• Plan weekly/monthly schedules, sequences, and staffing based on fuel needs.
• Ensure fuel quantities and quality certificates are maintained.
• Assign routes, tasks, and provide guidance during operational issues.
• Oversee overtime within FMCSA hours-of-service limits; monitor licenses.
• Maintain daily records in FUELS SharePoint and reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and fuel supply with Technica teams.
• Enforce safety standards and cold aircraft refueling procedures.
