Job summary

ACRT, Inc. is seeking Forestry Specialists to identify, inspect and evaluate vegetation along utility corridors. You will submit findings with recommendations and coordinate crews under tight schedules.

The role requires domain knowledge in forestry, outdoor work, and strong communication to coordinate with clients, crews, and stakeholders. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Two-/four-year forestry-related degree or HS diploma with two years related experience

Responsibilities

• Identify, inspect and evaluate trees and brush along utility lines
• Submit inspection results with recommendations to clients
• Plan and coordinate activities of tree clearance crews
• Discuss and negotiate crew access with stakeholders
• Act as liaison between clients, tree crews and customers
