Job summary

Utilities Service, LLC seeks a Foreperson to lead field crews, plan daily work, and ensure safe, efficient execution of assignments. You will interpret orders, supervise crew, and maintain communications with customers and supervisory staff.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage time, safety, and equipment in a dynamic field environment. CDL is a plus; pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational ability and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive a company vehicle.
• Comfort with heights and physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work from orders.
• Conduct field training and supervise crew on new units.
• Enforce safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Coordinate with property owners on access and work scope.
• Obtain permission to perform required work when needed.
• Maintain good customer relations and professional crew behavior.
• Prepare reports on orders, time, and incidents.
