Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to drive daily crew productivity and coordinate with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols. You will troubleshoot site issues and mentor employees and contractors to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires reading lines/equipment drawings, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision.
• CDL is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders from supervisors.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new units.
• Enforce safe work practices and conduct safety training per company policy and OSHA.
• Resolve access/issues with property owners and refer complex cases to supervisors.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and crew performance reports.
• Control crew costs and efficient use of resources.
• Prepare reports on incidents, equipment, and field activities.
