Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Milwaukee seeks a Foreperson to drive daily crew productivity, coordinating with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols, while mentoring crew members on job standards. You will troubleshoot site issues, enforce safety rules, manage records and customer relations, and ensure DOT compliance and vehicle readiness for ongoing work in varying conditions.

This is a full-time position requiring a CDL, strong leadership, and the ability to work outdoors

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3120 hours of line clearance experience required.
• Valid CDL is required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and instructs crew on job units.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Discusses access and work scope with property owners; refers complex cases to supervisor.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains customer relations and completes reports on crew activity.
• Investigates incidents and may settle minor damage claims.
• Monitors crew costs, time, and resource usage.
• Keeps DOT maintenance and inspection records for vehicles.
