Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field projects nationwide. You will supervise on-site operations, coordinate with customers, vendors and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on each job.

Responsibilities include managing field labor, identifying scope changes, mentoring crew, maintaining tooling and equipment, and ensuring projects finish on time and within budget. Welding ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
• Welding ability is a plus and may be required for some projects.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and on-site leadership of PTS construction projects.
• Serve as the point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on each job.
• Identify and manage field scope changes and change orders.
• Lead safety culture and ensure crew compliance with site requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide craft knowledge across welding, structural erection, tank repair, and related tasks.
• Assist in recruiting field workers and maintain tooling/equipment.
