Job summary

Isbell Construction, an ElectriCom subsidiary, seeks a hands-on Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility projects across the Southwest. You will supervise on-site work, operate equipment, trench, install, and prepare sites outdoors in all weather.

Travel to job sites, including overnight assignments, and overtime may be required. Strong leadership, safety discipline, and ability to read construction plans are essential. CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Foreman experience in telecom, utility, or construction.
• 3–5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong job-site safety knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3–5 person crew on aerial and underground fiber-construction projects
• Maintain a safe job site and ensure crew compliance with safety procedures
• Plan and schedule daily work to meet production goals; perform hands-on tasks alongside the crew
• Conduct job-site and equipment inspections
• Communicate project expectations and progress with management and customers
• Support a team-oriented work environment and encourage crew development
• Travel to job sites, including overnight assignments; overtime may be required
• Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed
