Isbell Construction LLC, an ElectriCom subsidiary, seeks a Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility construction projects in Florence, TX. The role involves hands-on work, equipment operation, trenching, and site preparation, with outdoor work in all weather and possible overnight travel.

The position requires prior foreman experience in telecom/utility/construction, safety acumen, and the ability to read construction plans.

We are seeking a Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility construction projects. This working foreman role provides on‑site leadership while performing hands‑on tasks including equipment operation, trenching, installation, and site preparation. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and travel to job sites—including overnight out‑of‑town assignments—is required.
