Isbell Construction LLC, an ElectriCom subsidiary, seeks a Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility construction projects in Florence, TX. Qualifications

• Experience as a Foreman in telecom, utility, or construction.
• 3–5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of job-site safety practices and utility-location awareness.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and job specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct and motivate a crew.
• Proficiency operating heavy equipment.
• Willingness to perform labor tasks when equipment operation is not required.
• Ability to adapt, solve problems in the field, and support continuous improvement within the crew.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed.

We are seeking a Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility construction projects. This working foreman role provides on‑site leadership while performing hands‑on tasks including equipment operation, trenching, installation, and site preparation.
