Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field crews on tank construction projects across the country. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage scope changes. Welding skills are a plus, and you must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Welding ability is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass background checks.
• Experience supervising field crews is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and senior leadership on construction projects.
• Serve as primary contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity on site.
• Manage contract scope and identify field changes (change orders).
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a safety culture on the jobsite.
• Mentor and develop field crew members and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with PM, Design, Purchasing and HR as needed.
• Prepare and submit complete project paperwork at end of shifts.
