Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full‑time Foreman/Tank Builder to oversee field construction projects nationwide. You will act as the on‑site leader, coordinate with customers and vendors, and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Experience in welding is a plus; candidates should have a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and be willing to undergo background checks and testing. Competitive pay and strong team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Welding experience is a plus and helpful on site.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to undergo background checks and drug/alcohol testing.
• Eligible to work in the United States and comply with pre‑hire checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on PTS construction projects.
• Serve as the point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on site consistently.
• Understand contract scope and manage field changes when required.
• Lead and mentor crew, promote a safety culture, and ensure on‑time delivery.
