Job summary

Freyssinet Inc., a leader in infrastructure repair and maintenance, is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews across active project sites with travel to Southern, Virginia. You will drive daily operations, coordinate labor and materials, and uphold safety and quality standards on site.

The ideal candidate has construction/field leadership experience, reads plans, communicates effectively, and adheres to safety practices. OSHA 10/30 and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or field operations with crew leadership.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, equipment, and safety.
• Excellent communication and leadership to direct crews.
• Ability to read and interpret basic plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct field crews to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needs with the Superintendent.
• Support project schedule and maintain quality standards.
• Promote jobsite safety and enforce safety policies.
• Document daily logs and report progress to leadership.
