Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to ensure productive daily operations and collaboration with management on recruiting, deadlines, and safety protocols. You will mentor crew members, troubleshoot site issues, and enforce training requirements.

You will coordinate with property owners, obtain access for work, and impact project success through effective leadership and accurate reporting. A CDL and strong field management experience are essential.

Formación

• Understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently in field without close supervision.
• CDL license is required to operate company vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training per company policy and OSHA requirements.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners and coordinates with customers as needed.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
