Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will conduct audits, observe safety practices, and partner with clients to address root causes of discrepancies.

Travel 50%–70% (8–10 days per month) with some evenings and weekends. A CP-FS certification and strong communication skills are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certification.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays and evenings as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Strong knowledge of food safety is preferred.
• ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus.
• Have excellent listening, organization, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to measure conformity with regulatory and brand standards.
• Observe food safety, health, and sanitation practices.
• Partner with clients to address root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Train and educate staff on safe practices and standards.
• Travel 50%–70%, including some evenings and weekends.
