Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards, ensuring food quality, and delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

You will conduct audits, observe food safety practices, train staff, and develop corrective action plans. Travel 50–70%, including some evenings and weekends, is required; valid driver's license and CP-FS certification preferred or in progress.

Qualifications

• CP-FS certification required or in progress.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with some evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and standards.
• Ability to train and coach client staff on safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to verify conformity to standards.
• Observe food prep and cooking to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Partner with clients to address root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Train and coach staff to improve workplace safety and health.
• Travel 50–70%, including some evenings and weekends.
