Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience required.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals.
• Maintain field presence to support safe work execution and participate in safety meetings.
• Coordinate with project managers to address standard technical questions and resolve general issues.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, track labor productivity, and report variances for corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and records.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management

Engineering or Architecture degree or equivalent experience

OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification

OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire
