Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking an Installation Project Coordinator to support nationwide installation projects from an engineering/technical foundation. The role blends office coordination with hands-on field execution across the U.S., including travel to sites and collaboration with municipalities, utilities, and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background, 2–4 years in construction or project coordination, and the ability to read engineering drawings while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/construction related fields.
• 2–4 years in construction, field service, or project coordination.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50%.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Office-based project coordination for installation projects nationwide (~60%).
• Communicate with municipalities, utilities, vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare site readiness assessments, permitting docs, installation reports and closeout packages.
• Track milestones, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance.
• Support warranty and after-sales with field records and photos.
• Review drawings and install specs to support planning.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve site issues.
• Travel to sites to oversee contractor performance and field execution.
• Perform site assessments, equipment inspections, and QC.
