Job summary

T&M Services is seeking a Field & Fleet Support Administrator in Des Moines to streamline field administration, manage fleet and equipment records, and train staff on our software tools. This role helps tame chaos so project teams stay productive and focused on execution.

You will handle timecards, invoicing support, safety gear orders, and catalog management for community initiatives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that values practical problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the main office contact for trucks and tools; track registrations, fuel cards, and arrange oil changes, repairs, and rentals.
• Handle daily labor paperwork, gather missing punches, verify invoices against hours, track PTO, and prep driver records for payroll.
• Help field leads learn software apps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure entries are complete.
• Assist with job closeout files for invoicing; verify pass-through charges and keep storage and inventory records accurate.
• Process requests for safety gear, apparel, tools, and equipment; ensure they are ordered and delivered on time.
• Manage digital catalogs for non-profit initiatives and link daily admin work to local projects.
