Team Management Services (TMS) is seeking a hands-on support specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, non-bureaucratic environment. You’ll own behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our markets running, solving problems with common sense and a love for tech while staying organized.

Based in Des Moines, IA, you’ll serve internal customers such as Market Managers, PMs, Coordinators, and Field Leads, taking field administration off their shoulders so they can focus on execution.

Aufgaben

• Chase down missing punches, reconcile temp invoices, track PTO, and keep records ready for payroll.
• Track registration renewals, manage fuel card logs, and schedule equipment rentals.
• Set up recurring storage billing, track inventory activity, and make sure billing records align with reality.
• Make sure crews have seamless access to the gear, company apparel, tools, and specialty equipment they need to do their jobs safely.
• Own and maintain our digital product catalogs for our non-profit initiatives.
