Job summary

Coco Robotics is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Los Angeles to oversee fleet deployment, maintenance workflows, and data-driven improvements. You will partner with warehouse, field teams, and leadership to ensure uptime and scalable playbooks.

You will design routes with the City GM, supervise field staff, and champion cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product to keep Coco moving and growing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in operations
• Strong data-driven mindset and problem-solving
• Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and projects
• Excellent communication with engineering/product teams
• Hands-on willingness for occasional field tasks

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize routes for new operating zones using real-time data
• Lead, coach, and dispatch field associates, drivers, and mechanics
• Oversee work orders for damaged robots/vehicles and ensure SOP compliance
• Analyze fleet telemetry and repair logs to drive process improvements
• Represent field needs in engineering stand-ups and product reviews
