Job summary

CocoDelivery in Los Angeles is seeking a Robot Delivery Specialist to support, deploy, retrieve, and maintain our delivery robots across shifts. You’ll transport robots to merchant partners, perform basic maintenance, and complete in-person deliveries when needed.

Strong problem-solving and adherence to procedures are essential for smooth operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment, handle field tasks, and follow SOPs with the Field Ops App.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift 60+ lbs regularly.
• Experience in hands-on, operational, or logistics role is a plus.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and mobile communication tools.
• Flexible availability for a variety of shifts (including holidays/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transport robots to partner hubs for shifts.
• Respond to robot retrieval calls and ensure quick turnaround of out-of-service units.
• Charge, clean, and perform basic checks on all robots.
• Complete hand deliveries when needed.
• Follow SOPs using Field Ops App to track work and report issues.
• Communicate with central ops and hardware teams.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver quality service.
