Job summary

Moss is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to ensure all equipment is ready for work across job sites. The role requires diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment, with emphasis on safety and on-site coordination with the Equipment Manager.

Candidates should have an Associates degree in Heavy Equipment, at least 5 years in construction, and the ability to travel to sites including AR, FL, and GA. Welding and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential; a CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Perform regular routine preventative maintenance on Construction Equipment.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate with Equipment Manager.
• Must have welding and burning ability.
• Ability to travel to job sites (FL, GA and/or AR) and overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance service on Construction Equipment.
• Respond to service calls and perform repairs or maintenance as scheduled with the Equipment Coordinator / Manager.
• Communicate and troubleshoot service issues with the Equipment Manager and vendors.
• Ensure work orders are completed and equipment is safe and jobsite ready.
