Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Fleet Development Facilitator- Field to develop and implement training across Beaver Dam, WI and Spring Valley, IL. You will guide Driver Trainees, co-facilitate learning with senior leaders, and supervise regional training activities to ensure program consistency and accuracy.

You will build cross-functional partnerships, audit field practices, and champion change initiatives, driving adherence to Walmart's standards while delivering engaging classroom and virtual trainings.

Responsibilities

• Delivers expert guidance on information and best practices to teams.
• Builds commitment for perspectives and rationales.
• Engages in content teach-backs and co-facilitates training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders.
• Provides feedback to participants in the Driver Trainee program, Fleet Development leadership, and Regional Training Center team members.
• Supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; carrying out necessary processes and practices.
• Monitors progress and results; recognizes and capitalizes on improvement opportunities; adapts to changes and new responsibilities.
• Conducts facilitation audits on all Fleet Development roles and One Best Way consistency tours in Regional Training Centers.
• Ensures One Best Way compliance in Regional Training Centers and alignment with Fleet Development content.
• Models compliance with policies and supports Walmart's mission, values, and ethics by integrating them into business plans and training.
• Participates in Fleet Development content development and reviews; validates Fleet Development content with the Learning Content Development team.
• Educates Driver Trainees on change initiatives through classroom and virtual training; supports Center processes and 'tour to teach' deliveries.
• Delivers training across multiple Fleet Development locations; monitors VR training utilization and day-end activities.
• Stays informed on One Best Way changes by working with associates and leaders; delivers training and supports specialty and change initiatives.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
