Encore Fire Protection seeks a skilled Sprinkler Service Technician to inspect, test, service, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems on active job sites. You will handle wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems with focus on reliability, code compliance, and clear communication.

The role favors technicians who excel at problem solving, teamwork, and ongoing learning, including on-call rotations and safety adherence. Travel within assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and NFPA standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and system drawings.
• Excellent communication and documentation for customers and teams.
• Willingness to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Service, test, inspect, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs with accuracy and care.
• Identify code issues and recommend fixes or upgrades.
• Coordinate service calls with contractors and internal teams.
• Document findings and repairs per standards, participate in on-call rotations.
