Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician to inspect, test, service, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems on active job sites. You will work with a team to ensure reliability, code compliance, and clear communication with customers.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, NFPA familiarity, blueprints literacy, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel within the territory. On-site role with on-call rotations and safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and general fire protection standards.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and system drawings.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Service, test, inspect, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems of varying complexity.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify code issues and recommend fixes or upgrades.
• Coordinate with contractors, building staff, and internal teams to schedule service calls.
