Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking skilled technicians in Wisconsin to perform fire protection inspections and preventative maintenance on client alarm systems.

Starting pay is based on experience, with a company vehicle and cell phone provided. Technicians can earn more based on drive and willingness to take on new tasks, with training and field experience offered to help achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Must be able to obtain licenses/certifications for the security industry as required by state laws.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of fire and electrical codes for proper alarm system installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventative maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify that systems and devices function properly per manufacturer specs.
• Complete proper paperwork and submit to the appropriate department daily.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
• All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor for daily operations.
