Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Alsip, IL is seeking a Field Finance Administrator to handle routine administrative, pre-settlement, and cashiering duties in our facility. The role covers accounts payable, payroll, timekeeping, and inventory management with daily end-of-day tasks following standard SOPs.

You will support drive route settlements, monitor receivables, and execute purchase orders while complying with our background check and drug screening requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 to 2+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with administrative duties and basic accounting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine administrative, pre-settlement and cashiering duties.
• Execute Route Accounting and Settlement tasks, including driver settlement and end-of-day paperwork.
• Process Accounts Payable tasks: purchase orders, invoices, and check requests.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable by tracking payment terms and short pays or deductions.
• Administer Payroll tasks including weekly timecards and pay components.
• Manage daily inventory count and analyze discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm

Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour

Position Responsibilities

• The Field Finance Administrator performs routine administrative, pre-settlement, and/or cashiering duties, minor accounting functions, and/or timekeeping management in a company facility in accordance with standard administrative office procedure


• Execute Route Accounting and Settlement tasks, i.e., Face to Face driver settlement, cash settlement, cash room duties, i.e., coin machine, coin bags, etc. and end of day paperwork per Standard Operating Procedures


• Process Accounts Payable tasks, i.e., initiate purchase orders, process invoices, prepare check requests, research payments, etc.


• Monitor Accounts Receivable functions by tracking changes in customer payment terms and investigating short pays or deductions


• Administer Payroll tasks including process, edit, submit weekly timecards, and other pay components within established guidelines and tight deadlines, if applicable to the facility


• Manage daily inventory count including the receipt of incoming inventory and analysis of inventory discrepancies if applicable to the facility


• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
