Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead a frontline team and drive productivity. You will align field service activities with KPI targets, coach staff, and coordinate with sales and customers to resolve issues from a supervisory level.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with related experience or equivalent experience, plus leadership exposure. Strong data analysis and financial controls experience are a plus, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years related experience and 0–1+ years leadership.
• High school diploma with 6–8+ years specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership.
• Electrical certification or vocational certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers field service vision and defines KPI targets.
• Coach, motivate and develop team; drive productivity improvement.
• Liaise with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level.
• Analyze business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as Supervisor.

• Delivers the company’s field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met
• Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team
• Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level
• Analyze and assess relevant business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as the Supervisor

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
