AT&T is seeking a Machine Operator to install and maintain buried service wires and fiber/copper networks. You will operate tractors, plows, bores, and related equipment in the field, coordinating with customers and utilities while following safety practices.

Responsibilities include locating facilities, manual excavation, and performing routine repairs. The role requires outdoor work, lifting up to 120 pounds, and occasional overtime or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating field service equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must possess necessary licenses/medical card as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Locate buried facilities and operate company equipment.
• Install, repair, and reconnect fiber and copper services.
• Perform routine maintenance and simple repairs on equipment.
• Read and follow instructions and safety guidelines.
