Job summary

AT&T in Delray Beach, Florida is seeking a Machine Operator to install and maintain buried service wire and fiber, operate trenching equipment, and coordinate with customers and utilities. You will work outdoors, lift up to 120 pounds, and follow safety procedures to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• Willing to work Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts.
• Able to work mandatory overtime and holidays when required.
• Able to operate trenching equipment and lift up to 120 pounds.
• DOT medical card and valid license where required.

Responsibilities

• Locate buried facilities and operate trenching equipment along the route.
• Install and repair low voltage buried utilities and sprinkler systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and simple repairs on equipment.
• Read and follow instructions and safety procedures.
