Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to patrol fiber networks, monitor 811 tickets, and respond to outages.

You will drive an assigned route daily, verify ticket accuracy, and ensure field work meets technical and safety standards while coordinating with clients and contractors. You will need a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with auto insurance meeting state requirements (100/300/100).
• Strong reliability and punctuality; ability to work independently in field.
• Attention to detail when reviewing tickets, maps, and prints.
• Comfort with outdoor work in all weather conditions and long driving days.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft tools for reporting and communication.
• Knowledge of underground utilities and local dig laws is a plus.
• Strong fiber engineering fundamentals and customer service instincts.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan route.
• Drive assigned fiber route with significant windshield time; long daily drives.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes; watch for risks to line.
• Review 811 tickets, maps, and prints to anticipate digging activities.
• Provide first-level problem resolution and mitigate potential failures; respond to outages.
• Log changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route.
• Report to field management to verify work quality and adherence to SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
