Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to oversee fiber networks on a designated route. You will drive, monitor, and troubleshoot in the field, ensuring issues are caught early and relationships with crews and customers stay professional.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with adequate insurance.
• Dependability and punctuality; you can be counted on to get the job done.
• Attention to detail when reviewing tickets, maps, and prints.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, sit, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools for reporting and communication.
• Familiarity with underground utilities and local dig laws is a plus.
• Strong fiber engineering fundamentals and customer service mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for risks.
• Review 811 tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging activity.
• Provide first-level support for minor issues and mitigate potential failures.
• Log and escalate changes in infrastructure along the route.
• Report to field for quality, accuracy, and adherence to SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
