Job summary

Project Resources Group is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to be the eyes and ears on fiber networks in the field. You will run an assigned route, stay alert to on-site conditions, and prevent small issues from becoming big problems.

The role requires driving a personal vehicle, working outdoors in all weather, and communicating clearly with clients, contractors, and homeowners. Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable, personal vehicle for field work and client interactions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily route assignments with on-ground accuracy.
• Drive assigned fiber route daily; tolerate long windshield time and routes.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes to prevent line risk and issues.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging activity.
• Provide first-level on-site support to mitigate minor issues before escalation.
• Log changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route and report accordingly.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work performed under scope of work.
