Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical field.
• Experience with ISP/OSP fiber infrastructure and OTDR testing.
• Ability to interpret test results and troubleshoot fiber networks.
• Experience in data center environments and field deployments.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work overtime when needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiber testing, characterization, and connectivity validation.
• Conduct OTDR testing and analyze results for issues.
• Troubleshoot fiber network performance and connectivity problems.
• Support metro dark fiber and long-haul deployments.
• Maintain testing records and technical reports.
• Ensure site standards for grounding, power, rack layouts, cooling, and cabling.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Provide professional customer-facing support and expertise.
