Job summary

Ledcor is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a large-scale fiber to the home deployment project in West Virginia. The role oversees day-to-day field operations, develops project plans, monitors performance, and mentors colleagues to ensure safety and quality.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, review schedules, estimate durations and materials, and manage financial aspects while maintaining compliance with codes and Ledcor standards.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Experience in aerial fiber construction is required.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure work meets plans, specs, and codes.
• Lead development of project plans and safety programs; oversee incident investigations.
• Review and update construction schedules; address delays.
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects; manage finances.
