Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of land, land title, leasing, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, review, determine, and analyze land title and ownership.
• Negotiate for acquisition of easements, fee title, permits, and other land rights.
• Draft and maintain land-related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses.
• Prepare ROW cost estimates for midstream pipeline and compressors.
• Coordinate with departments to meet operational objectives.
• Liaise with landowners, public, and regulatory agencies to maintain good relationships.
