Job summary

The role collaborates with pad and facility teams, provides hands-on support through all project phases, and engages with regulatory agencies as required to maintain SIMOPS efficiencies and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of oil and gas construction practices; 5+ years experience, 10 years preferred.
• Experience with ANSI, OSHA, API, CFR standards and coating/structural disciplines.
• Experience documenting construction projects, weld maps, MTRs, and coatings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of contract personnel for production facilities.
• Monitor costs and logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Oversee construction, maintenance, environmental and safety controls and permits.
• Collaborate with procurement on materials bidding and vendor selection.
• Inspect work progress and verify safety and project progress.
• Issue daily progress reports.
• Participate in meetings with regulatory agencies.
• Identify issues and communicate with teams; analyze problems.
• Provide hands-on support during construction and commissioning.
• Maintain documentation and records for compliance.
