PennEnergy Resources LLC in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Facilities Construction and Maintenance Inspector to oversee contracted construction, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring environmental and safety compliance and adherence to coating and welding standards.
The role collaborates with pad and facility teams, provides hands-on support through all project phases, and engages with regulatory agencies as required to maintain SIMOPS efficiencies and safe operations.

The Facilities Construction and Maintenance Inspector is responsible for the daily oversight of contracted Facility Construction, Maintenance, & Repair projects. This position will manage the environmental and safety compliance regulations as well as Welding, Fabrication, Construction, Maintenance & Coating Standards associated with Facility construction, maintenance and repair as well as any associated environmental remediation and reclamation. The Facilities Construction and Maintenance Inspector collaborates with all areas related to pad and facility construction, drilling and completions activities, and the maintenance/repair of site facilities to ensure SIMOPS efficiencies are maximized and inefficiencies are minimized. Other functional groups this roles works with daily are Supply Chain and Finance & Accounting.

Subject to extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor, and typing. Work is generally performed outside in ambient weather conditions. The position is normally exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including wet, humid, cold, heat, loud noise, vibrations, gases, fumes, mists, dust, and odors. Must provide own transportation and be licensed to operate a motor vehicle.
This is a full‑time salaried position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday or Saturday work hours. Extended hours may be needed to complete Company objectives and to meet Contractor work schedules. Travel up to 90% may be required to travel to work sites beyond the corporate office. This position may be required to be accessible for call outs beyond standard working hours.

Facilities Construction Manager and/or Facilities R&M Manager, as needed.
Third Party Contractors
High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional Technical Courses and/or experience preferred
5+ years' experience with oil and gas field operations
Experience with facility or pipeline construction required
Certifications in Welding Inspection, Coating Inspection, Construction Safety and API 1169 (Pipeline Construction Inspector Certification) preferred.
A combination of experience and/or education can be taken into consideration.
