Responsibilities

  • Provides field measurements and reports for payment quantities and changes in the work.
  • Reads and interprets drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Inspects various facets of work on the construction site for compliance with plans, specifications, and appropriate standards.
  • Makes contract payments for review and approval.
  • Observes general job safety practices and enforces contractor’s safety plan.
  • Complies with client policies and procedures for inspection of work under contract.
  • Exercises responsible and ethical decision‑making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct.
