Job summary

Xcaliber International is seeking a driven Territory Manager to cover a field-based region in the United States. You will visit retailers and distributors, ensure product availability, and execute marketing programs to drive visibility and volume across the territory.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in field sales or territory management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel regularly for national and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of field sales or territory management experience.
• Background in tobacco, beverage, snack, or consumer goods preferred.
• Proven ability to drive territory growth and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory through visits and direct sales.
• Coordinate with distributors to expand market presence.
• Build long-term relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
• Execute merchandising programs to increase visibility and volume.
• Introduce products into new locations and strengthen placements.
• Achieve sales goals and brand-building targets.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and programs.
• Provide market feedback on competition and trends.
• Travel for national and regional meetings and events.
