Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an events-focused marketer to assist in planning and executing immersive activations at company events. You will work with the event team to bring experiential assets to life and travel monthly to diverse venues across the United States.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service and event coordination, with forklift certification preferred and the ability to handle outdoor elements and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Planning or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and engagement.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground support during events including setup, attendee engagement, and post event breakdown.
• Track event assets, process inbound requests, input creative art requests, prepare invoices, and manage budgets.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and partners to secure resources and support.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging activities reflecting the brand’s vision.
• Organize equipment and materials, coordinate logistics for timely event setup and transport.
