Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an enthusiastic Events Marketing Coordinator to help plan and execute immersive brand activations across live events in the United States. The role includes on-site engagement, logistics coordination, and collaboration with event teams to ensure memorable brand experiences.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Event Planning or related field and at least 1 year in customer service and event coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Planning or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer engagement.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground support during events including setup, attendee engagement, and post-event breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and positive attendee experiences.
• Track event assets, process inbound requests, prepare invoices, seek budget pre-approvals, and update event trackers.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and partners to secure resources and support for events.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging activities reflecting the brand's vision.
• Organize, maintain, and transport event equipment; coordinate with logistics for setup, loading, and repairs.
