Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to provide repair and installation services for dental equipment at customer sites. You will work under supervision with Lead Technicians, handling on-site diagnostics, parts replacements, and service reports.

Candidates typically have 2+ years field service experience, a high school diploma or vocational training, basic computer skills, and knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems. Domestic travel required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service experience with mechanical aptitude and customer-service background.
• High School education, vocational training or on-the-job training; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair and maintenance on dental equipment at customer sites.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports and update equipment records.
• Coordinate with Lead Technician or Project Coordinator and HUB dispatchers.
• Review work orders with customers and ensure proper parts are ordered when needed.
• Maintain van inventory level and tools.
• Attend Henry Schein Dental Career Development training and manufacturer training as required.
